The customer was using a third party supplier to provide monitoring services outside of business hours, but had only a few instances of service incidents in a 2 year period.
The customer had a high volume of events being logged in Freshservice from their monitoring systems, for which many were deemed as being false alerts and cloaked the genuine alerts and customer tickets.
With a bespoke system supplied to customers the use of generic public domain AI was unsuitable for the customer, where a requirement was set in having AI searching linked to their own internal document repositories and data.
