We on-boarded our our company to Freshservice 10 years ago as we were looking for a simple ITSM solution for our customers, initially just based around managing incoming tickets. But we grew as a Managed Service Provider and we wanted to implement the full spectrum of ITIL disciplines. Freshservice remained our ITSM tool of choice and as our customers required more expansion of our service provision Freshworks expanded the feature set and functionality of Freshservice.
So what was our response? Delve into the functionality of Freshservice, utilise the standard feature set and approach challenges with a logical mindset in order to mold the solutions to the requirements.
That is why we have been able to negotiate the out of the box functionality and build systems that deliver solutions to customers, rather than just accepting restrictions.

We are a certified Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider. So we have lived the disciplines of ITIL ourselves, and chosen Freshservice as our ITSM tool.
